THE SITE
A new landmark at Sunset & Highland
Located at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Highland Avenue, 6800 Sunset sits at the center of Hollywood, steps from the neighborhood's landmark theaters, studios, dining and nightlife.
Galaxy led the site through its rezoning, making the case to the City of Los Angeles for new housing on one of Hollywood's most visible corners. The city approved a 42-story tower that pairs a hotel with residences above the boulevard.
